Andrew Jauregui is an independent contractor that holds a life agent license to perform these services and issue these products. Andrew Jauregui is not an employee of any insurance brokerage and nor does he represent any company that provides these products. Wealthy Lineage is a brand, team and consulting brand created by Andrew Jauregui and will not be held liable and/or indemnified.
Brokerage Affiliations:
Andrew Jauregui is an independent contractor that is professionally licensed to perform consultations and sell products/services that includes but is not limited to: Life insurance, Insurances, Financial services, Real Estate, and other. All products and services procured on this site or in relation to Andrew Jauregui/Wealthy Lineage as well any other third-party affiliated and unaffiliated is done so via a registered Life insurance brokerage or entity registered regarding the business/service/product being inquired about and/or purchased. Affiliations to specific brokerages may change at any given moment along with their products/services being offered without the required consent of any clients, visitors, customers or other general party. These changes can occur at any moment without the need to disclose.
Liability Terms:
Andrew Jauregui, Wealthy Lineage and all affiliated and unaffiliated parties are exempt from any liability, indemnification regardless of whether terms are read or not. This is to ensure that Andrew Jauregui and any affiliated parties are not held responsible for any damages or losses that may occur while using our services. Additionally, Andrew Jauregui is a licensed independent contractor that has the authority to consult and sell insurance products/services, and financial service products and any other product that his sponsoring broker may allow
Marketing Terms:
Andrew Jauregui, Wealthy Lineage, and any third-parties affiliated and non-affiliated may collect information only to perform marketing direct to client and to perform the services requested. This information will not be shared with any other party and will only be used for the purposes of providing the services, products, requests, applications and any other related reason.
Dispute Terms:
Any arbitration cases must be reached out to Andrew Jauregui and/or Wealthy Lineage and resolved via telecommunication. Legal action will not be pursued in court, and any disputes must be resolved through arbitration. Should court case be involved all damages and charges will be applied to the pursuant party creating the charge (excluding Andrew Jauregui).
Advertisement Clause:
Our Team and industry to promote our services and reach more clientele and customers may issue out advertising efforts that include but are not limited to mailers, phone calls, flyers, networking events, paid ads within social media platforms, highway board advertising, televised advertisements, SEO advertisements/engagements, door-to-door, etc. In no way shape or form do we have direct partnerships or affiliations with any of the platforms that promote our business and/or services regardless of the industry we promote. We will not be held liable, we are to be held harmless as we are disclosing now no direct relation to any platform, service, entity and/or organization to help promote our service(s).
Referral Clause:
Our team/service and industry occasionally may receive referrals from previous clients and/or by word of mouth however, those who refer us clients are NOT entitled to any compensation whatsoever should it involve transactions regarding real estate, life insurance, notary services or any other service related to these that we may be able to perform. Referrals in this industry are referred to as "kickbacks" and are subject to a violation of code ethics that we as professional licensed independent contractor(s) are required to obey (Ex: RESPA section 8). Should we be at fault or found guilty of issuing out "Kickbacks" as any form of compensation not including just monies but gifts, dinners, other items as well as services that have monetary value for providing unearned business we may be found guilty. As a result no referrals, kickbacks or compensation of any kind will be issued as this would cause immediate damage to our services, suspension of licenses, heavy fines as well as jail time. Should an accusation of this occur and it is to be found illegitimate or of fraudulent nature, we will seek necessary legal measure and action against all parties.
Legal Age Marketing:
All marketing material, services, and products are directed towards individuals above the age of the legal age of 18. Andrew Jauregui, Wealthy Lineage, and other affiliated parties and non-affiliated parties will not be held liable if anyone under the age of 18 enters this site or subscribes to product information and/or services. We keep track of all those who register and will refrain from doing business with those under the legal age and we do NOT market or accept applications, requests or consultations for financial needs analysis from those under the legal age of 18 without explicit consent from legal parent(s), parental guardian or other legal authority. Should you suspect that an underage individual has submitted an application under false testimony, please send an email to "[email protected]" to begin an investigation on the alleged subscriber. Andrew Jauregui, and all affiliated and unaffiliated parties will not be held liable if any individual or party under the legal age of 18 subscribes in cases or scenarios that may or may not be out of the control of our marketing. We do not create marketing or direct our products/services in any way shape or form to those individuals and have zero control of who submits information or fills out their form, but we do disclose often that the services, products, offers and more are for those of legal age and above. Andrew Jauregui, Wealthy Lineage and all other parties affiliated and unaffiliated will be held harmless indefinitely.
Cancellation Clause
Our refund/return policy states that all financial products can be paused or returned depending on the terms of the product/service of the company/brokerage provided, but some financial products may incur penalties or taxes if withdrawn early. Certain products, such as life insurance, may be cancelled within the free-look period that can range from 10-30 days which can be seen in the policy disclosures provided once issued to the client, but any time after this period, a refund may not be issued per set policies of the sponsoring life insurance brokerages. Digital goods will not be refunded because there is no way to redeem or return a digital product once it has been sent and downloaded via the client/customer. Should a party feel obligated to a refund they may make their case/plea in writing and emailed directly "[email protected]" This does not offer any guarantees for a refund whatsoever and if approved only depending on usage, amount of time lapsed, nature of the product (digital/physical) or service, client and customer may not be entitled to a full refund and will be dependent on each case scenario. In case of a chargeback or dispute, a 5% penalty charge will be applied to the charge card of the total purchase amount in addition to the original purchase amount. Should any recurring subscriptions fail to be charged, we may reach out to client/customer to resolve the issue via Notice to Perform of at least 14 days, as well as reach out to responsible Bank Institution to complete the transaction in order to keep your subscription/agreement active. To uphold good faith measures if there is a need to cancel the subscription, product or service, a message to the team or direct email expressing the need for cancellation can be sent to "[email protected]." While we assist with cancellations, a refund and reimbursement will be based on the factors previously listed above.
New Agent Earnings Disclosure:
Andrew Jauregui is an independent contractor that is professionally licensed and may enlist the support of other individuals interested in obtaining licensure within similar industries. All earnings while pre and post licensed are subject to the individuals' own efforts and their efforts alone. All trainings, consultations, guides and roadmaps will be provided to the recruits but they will not be obligated to follow them. Andrew Jauregui and affiliated/unaffiliated parties will not be held liable for whatever reason and especially should earnings not meet or exceed the expectations of the individual. We do not offer a guarantee residual amount or commission amount. All applicants understand that applying and receiving licenses makes them independent contractors and are not direct employees of Andrew Jauregui or any affiliated/unaffiliated parties. They are not obligated to any form of compensation, benefits or coverage because they are not employees. Should a new recruit receive their license and they enlist within similar life insurance brokerages, instructions on compensation and bonus policies will be provided to them via their field trainer. All new life licensed agents are sales professionals with the ability to be compensated based on performance. Commission rates vary based on individual contracting rates as well as what partnering carriers pay based on products and policies sold. For new agents, they are provided a full packet of explanation prior to enrolling. Wealthy Lineage Financial group focuses on taking care of the clients equally as much as their agents by providing full transparency, roadmaps to success as well as best practices and expectations. The success and financial earnings of each agent may differ and are not guaranteed for every individual.
Client Life and Investing Disclosure:
All investments involve risk, Andrew Jauregui, Wealthy Lineage and any other affiliated/unaffiliated party does not control the movements of the market whatsoever and we will not be held liable for whatever reason. Our financial services provide solutions and guidance and we also may offer advice, but we do not guarantee any set amount of profit on any product or portfolio and we only perform what the client/customer requests as they are not obligated to heed the advice of their financial advisor, Insurance Broker, or other financial representative despite their knowledge and professional credentials within the business. Every client and individual may be assigned a web portal with login access to overview their portfolio and have limited management capabilities to that portfolio as well as their policy. Clients may also be assigned a live financial advisor who is professionally securities licensed and registered with FINRA depending on specific product/service purchased. All investments and policies are unique to the customer and will also always vary based on the unique specifications, scenarios, identifiers and needs/goals of the applicant. We do not offer nor do we guarantee the approval of every applicant as it is subject to inspection upon the underwriter and only the underwriter of the specific brokerage may make the final decision. These decisions of approval as well as quoted rates and/or premiums are not the same for everybody due to varying factors such as age, health, financial needs, financials and other potential unknowns that may arise (ex: child support, legal status, etc.). All underwriting times, approval and policy issue times may vary for the same reasons/factors listed above. Underwriting approval can be as quick as immediate approval or vary from at the time of application,such as 2 weeks or even longer. The reason for durations that are longer than 2 weeks may be caused due to client response, specific hospital institution not releasing medical records, pending documents awaiting client approval, and other related and non-related factors.
Please be advised, these terms may change at any moment without the need of approval from anyone nor the requirement to update clients and customers who have or haven't registered. These terms are binding whether they have been read or not. They are binding whether they have been issued via direct web-link, online messaging, mobile app messaging platform, direct phone conversation, in person consultation and especially if they have already been registered through the CRM portal(s).
